The comprehensive renovation of the CC residence creates spacious, bright areas that make the most of the abundant natural light flowing inside due to its orientation. This, combined with the darker-toned interior woodwork, gives the home a warm, welcoming atmosphere with vibrant spaces. The large windows enhance the sense of spaciousness, generating an engaging indoor-outdoor synergy. The project distinguishes two defined areas: a daytime zone with open spaces and minimal partitioning, and a nighttime zone with three bedrooms.<\/p>\n

A hallway filled with wooden details emerges as the connecting axis of the project, transforming an ordinary space into the perfect link. A custom-designed shelf bridges the living room and hallway, allowing visibility between both areas. The glass-enclosed, landscaped interior patio adjacent to the shelf serves as the central element of the project, separating the living room from the circulation area.<\/p>\n

The materials used maintain a cohesive design language throughout the home. Stained oak wood for the flooring and interior carpentry, along with large-format porcelain tiles, are chosen to bring a sense of calm and order, thanks to their natural quality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
